Anxiety and
Depression

Many of us experience symptoms of anxiety or depression at some point in our lifetime, sometimes these are short lived or episodic, sometimes these emotions become chronic and stuck in our nervous system. Therapy can provide not only relief from these symptoms, but deeper and more meaningful understanding of the roots of where these symptoms come from. With deeper understanding, clients find themselves empowered and ready to grow.

Narcissistic Abuse

For many people, coming to the realization that they have been in an abusive relationship can be quite painful and confusing. Therapy offers a supportive environment for you to explore all the facets of a current or past relationship that has left you feeling uncertain, insecure and doubting your own reality. Narcissistic abuse creates a systemic interruption to one’s sense of self and requires professional support and guidance to navigate finding your way back to health and wholeness.

Neurodivergence

You will receive personalized support to meet you where you are, as you explore how you experience being on the spectrum, and how this impacts the way you think and feel and act and interact with others. Therapy provides tools for emotion regulation, new insights and coping skills to help you move toward your goals of deeper understanding of self and meaningful connection with others.

Attachment

While secure attachment is the healthiest form of relational connection, many individuals have developed different forms of insecure attachment. These insecure forms of attachment can present in avoidant or anxious or disorganized ways, each of which leave us wanting connection but unable to create it in healthy ways. Therapy provides a safe container for exploring how we were raised and the impacts that had on our development of our sense of self in relation to others.
