Start Healing with Evidence-Based Therapy | Portland, Oregon

Our clinicians use both their specialties and the connection formed with each client to develop a tailored treatment plan that is client centered, understanding that the client is the expert of themselves. We take an approach different from many of our peers as we believe rigid structure and step by step processes can hinder the connection that forms the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. Every person who comes in our clinic is valued for the individual that they are, and for the lived experience that has brought us together.
